- All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
- All products sold are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.
3. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We will confirm your order details via WhatsApp before processing.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery; we will inform you of any issues.
4. Delivery Policy
- We offer same-day delivery within Biratnagar for orders placed before 4 PM.
- Free delivery on orders above NPR 2,000.
- Delivery charges of NPR 150 apply for orders below NPR 2,000.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
- Payment is required upon delivery of products.
- Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery personnel.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns for damaged or defective products only.
- Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3-5 business days.
7. Privacy & Data
